Description
We are currently looking for 4 client representatives for Foundation Installation, for one of our leading offshore wind farm clients.
We are looking for individuals who can start this initial 2 month freelance contract from 15th August 2018 up until 31st October 2018 with the possibility to extend further thereafter.
The rotation for this role will be 12hrs a day, 7 days a week with a 2 on/2 off duty shift pattern, however the consultants should be aware that this may change. Accommodation will be on board vessel or flotel.
Job Description:
- Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) as required
- Ensure the DPRs are signed by all required parties
- To review and understand RA/MS and QHSE documents are required before execution phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents.
- To attend daily meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being carried out in a safe manner to the required quality
- During all defined key activities and otherwise as often as practicable be present as a witness during installation.
- Access all work provided it is safe to do so
- To take part in safety walks HSE representatives
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
- HUET, STCW 2010, OPITO or BOSIET and EBS (STASS, HEED or EBS)
- Medical Certificate
Recommended:
- LOLER and CDM
- Marine awareness qualifications as required by the package role
- Minimum 2 years. of relevant experience within specific package area
- IT proficient (MS Word, Excel and Internet).
Special Provisions:
The Consultant must have his/her own PC with MS Office software and must be in possession of an iPhone 4S, 5C, 5S, 6 or 6+ or a Windows Phone 8.1.
The Consultant must also have his her own PPE equipment.
