Description
This position requires technical expertise and experience in Oracle AGILE PLM and tools, Windows, SQL Oracle DB. Experience in the PCM module in particular is a plus.
Role:
The goal of the mission is to secure the transition and help the TCH PLM IT team.
It includes in particular:
- Global application maintenance and sustaining: monitoring & administration, issues, break-fix, evolutions
- Analysis, development, tests and support for improvements
- Analysis and testing to validate business scenarios and application impacts
- Providing Level 2 support, escalating for Level 3, problem solving
Can also support:
- Development and maintenance of dashboards & reports (BI)
- Customization and development
- Maintenance of the SAP interface
