The Role
An Office 365 Migration Lead Role opportunity available for an initial 3 month contract.
My Client, based in London Is looking for an Office 365 migration Leader for an initial 3 month contract. The client requires someone who is available to start immediately.
The Successful candidate must have must be an expert on office 365 migrations.
Office 365 Migration Lead Skills:
- Must have very strong experience in migrating on-premise mailboxes to Office 365 in large scale environment (5000+ users etc.). You will know immediately when you speak to them what kind of example they give you so need to filter candidates properly.
- Client already has the architecture done and they have subject matter expert for Office 365.
- These leads will be organising the migration work and will know exactly where things go wrong and knows how to resolve them such as mailbox migration failed, automated scripts to do batch load, fix issues once migration is done.
- Although they will not be fixing issues by themselves but when required must be able to be hands on and fix issues. No hand on experience means not suitable.
- Must be able to lead teams of Office 365 professionals such as Office 365 architects, Office 365 developers, Office 365 engineers etc.
- Client has rejected loads of candidates this week so please explicitly tell candidates that these roles are for Home Office and if they applied recently at Home Office then we cannot use them.
