Description

An excellent contract, long term contract opportunity for an experienced, Dutch-speaking 2nd Line Support Engineer based in Brussels.

  • As part of the team who provides managed services for a governmental organisation, you will be part of the operational continuity team.
  • As part this team you will help in daily incident management as well as taking an active role in supporting the project teams.
  • You will provide incident handling, operational management, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server and client OS and applications.
  • You will have interaction with customers.
  • You will write work instructions for 1st and 2nd line.
  • You can improve the existing way of working and will come in contact with new technologies.

Technical skills:

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office 365
  • Expert at troubleshooting Windows systems with a focus on client OS and some server Back End.
  • Proficient in Skype for Business, Sharepoint and Onedrive.
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment.
  • General knowledge of SCCM, application packaging and testing, networking (TCP/IP).
  • Scripting in Powershell, VBscript and Winbatch would all be a plus.
  • MacOS knowledge is considered a plus.
