Description
CA Gen Lead Analyst contract opportunity for a 8-9 month assignment for a government agency in Brisbane.
Responsibilities to include:
- Providing the basis for detailed estimates upon which the project plan is based
- Co-ordinating the gathering and documenting of business requirements
- Recommending which methods and artefacts are appropriate for the delivery of the solution
- Analysing the impact to the existing systems
- Facilitating the solution design with other SME's within the enterprise architecture
- Documenting any technical or business issues, negotiating solutions, and documenting decisions made
- Documenting the solution in an agreed format
- Co-ordinating the development of the solution with developers and other support staff
- Preparing an implementation plan
- Co-ordinating the remediation of faults during testing
- Implementing the solution into a production environment
- Co-ordinating post production support until handover
Capabilities to include:
- Significant CA Gen design and construction knowledge and experience in versions CA Gen 7.6 and above.
- Experience of 3270, Batch and Server Procedure Development
- Significant knowledge and experience in OS390/CICS environment, DB2/Oracle databases, CBD
- Knowledge of Java Proxy and TCP/IP direct products
- Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment
