For the location in the Kaiserslautern area, our customer is looking for a qualified:Technical Support Engineer International ENG + FRA (f/m)

Main Tasks:
Technical product support and advisory service via phone and e-mail for English and French speaking customers
Providing a professional, solution-oriented and customer-oriented service
Documentation and processing of support requests in the in-house ticket system
Troubleshooting through close cooperation with the development and RMA departments
Participation in national events as a technical expert
Technical Qualifications:
Completed professional training in the field of IT/telecommunications or a comparable qualification
Good understanding of TCP/IP and network technologies (HTTP, RTSP, VPN, VoIP etc.) as well as troubleshooting techniques
Very good English and French speaking and writing skills
Willingness to work shifts and public holidays
Personal Qualifications:
Solution-oriented thinking and high communication skills
Customer orientation, ability to work under pressure and a high degree of team spirit
