Role Description:

Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on position. The principal role is to refresh the current site Quality Management System (QMS) to continue compliance with ISO/EN management system Standards whilst incorporating changes necessary to resolve observations made by a key customer. The resulting QMS must be minimalist, accurate, up-to-date, comprehensive, easy to maintain, compliant with relevant Standards and meet the needs of the business. This task will also include giving training to site personnel across all functions to ensure 100% familiarity with the refreshed QMS and readiness for all internal and external quality audits. The QMS is held within the Tibco Nimbus Control platform.
A secondary task is to audit the QMS and related site practices against recently released corporate policies and procedures. Highlight any gaps, recommend and implement corrective measures to bring the site into full compliance. Also, identify enhancements to the quality system that result in improved quality performance, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of processes to reduce costs.
Tibco Nimbus Control is a process management mapping application that allows corporate information to be presented graphically and hierarchically. Nimbus Control provides a simple user-interface to allow any employee within an organisation to access the information that is relevant and important to fulfil their role.
