Description

Job Title: SCCM L2/L3 Engineer
Location: Espoo, Finland
Role: 6 months contract

Job Description:

  • Desktop management using SCCM which include Software deployment, hot fix update, OS deployment, etc.
  • Servers management using WSUS which include Microsoft OS security updates and hot fix installation.
  • Software packaging using Admin Studio packager and deploy using SCCM.
  • Generating reports using SCCM software inventory and maintain software usage list.
  • Expect to involve in Wintel Administration and Active Directory as secondary role.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in IT or any other related discipline from a recognized educational institution.
- Minimum 4 + years managing SMS/SCCM in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Software Deployment using SMS/SCCM.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and their components.
- Knowledgeable in security patch processes and Software Updates.
- Technical troubleshooting skills (WMI, SQL language for query and report development).
- MSI and EXE application packaging experience using Microsoft AdminStudio(packaging), VBScript and/or powershell Scripting is a plus
- Working knowledge of OS deployment in SCCM( image management, task sequences)
- Knowledgeable of Windows infrastructure services (DNS, WINS, DHCP, etc).
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting of system infrastructures.
- Microsoft Certification in SCCM (70-401) is preferred.
- Good awareness of ITIL standards is a plus.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Including MS Project and Visio)
  • Should have a great customer handling skills
  • Able to handle unforeseen situations
  • High level of acceptance
