IT Collaboration Developer
Mission
Provide support to the companies end users within the company's main offices within the Collaboration domain particularly on Office365 custom built applications.
Tasks
Solve incidents on O365 custom built applications after migration towards new version of O365.
Define best approach for migration of existing O365 applications towards Sharepoint portal
Assist and migrate O365 applications towards Sharepoint portal
Test and document client side application installation on P2Y platform (Citrix/Win10).
Manage incidents and service requests on collaboration (workplace) environment.

Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) specifically Excel, Access
Office 365 (Skype, Delve, OneNote, OneDrive, )
Sharepoint
Email
Web/Internet technologies
Use of a Service Desk tool
ITILv3 Foundation certified is a plus
Installation and configuration of software
Business skills
Insight in Business organization and processes
Provide routine oral and written information clearly and concisely
Ability to deal professional and calmly with users not as technically aware as they are

Excellent relationship skills, polite, correct
Experience
College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
Oral and written proficiency in English and French or Dutch.
Ability to work independently
Typically requires 18 months of relevant work experience technology implementation experience a plus
Location
Either Hasselt or Brussels (or combination), depending on applicant preference.
