Description
- Designs infrastructure solutions within set architectural framework, ensuring cost effectiveness and enforcement of architectural standards.
- Communicates designed solutions to infrastructure deployment areas.
- Captures and documents business/technical requirements by communicating with customers.
- Completes infrastructure estimating and consultation. Reviews high-level estimates to determine infrastructure impact and to provide estimation of hours required for the assignment.
- Provides infrastructure design representation during the request for proposal process. Responsible for addressing and responding to the complex functional elements of requests for proposals/information. Determines the setting of technical direction based on interaction with the architectural staff.
- Performs technical oversight/review and approval of less experienced team members and their work.
- Experience with server and network infrastructure.
- Experience with infrastructure design in support of application and/or infrastructure needs.
- Experience with Design Tools like MS Office (Word,Excel & MS Visio)
