Job Description:
• Sanity checks for all OMS systems (DE, NL, UK)
• Identification and fixing of errors in OMS systems
• Monitoring and processing of ServiceNow tickets (incidents, changes, problems, …)
• Communication to Business and consulting on new solutions or existing processes
• Support in tests on SAP systems
• Reporting of current status in daily operational calls
• Monthly reporting on key measurements
• 7/24 h support (on-call-duty)
