Supplier Relationship Support - 3 months - Glasgow
An opportunity for an experienced Supplier Relationship Support professional to maintain contract information and financial information. You will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual information is up to date and accurate and providing monthly financial returns and process invoice payments for contracts
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of monitoring financial spend, paying invoices and checking information for accuracy.
- Evidence of being able to balance competing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of managing conflicting priorities with challenging or complex providers and stakeholders to deliver an outcome in either a commercial or public service.
- Excellent communication skills and experience of communicating with different audiences including senior managers and external stakeholders
- Experience of monitoring information ensuring they meet agreed timescales
