Description
We are currently sourcing for experienced structured cabling engineers to join our team on site at Heathrow Airport. You will have the opportunity to join a professional and experienced team, working on a range of live complex cable infrastructure across multiple environments. You will have a full understanding of current standards and industry best working practises, thorough knowledge of backbone topologies, whilst being able to read and work to fibre termination schedules and schematics. The ability to troubleshoot common issues and rectify probelms will be essential. Confined Space Training (CST) qualification will be essential, although candidates willing to self fund to attain the qaulification will also be considered.
Demonstrable experience of the following will be required:
- Mostly if not all fibre/copper related cable installation (some CaT6)
- Confined Spaces Training
- CS2 - Confined Space Entry
- Rescue Techniques With Escape Sets (RoSPA Approved)
