Senior Treasury Lawyer
Contract: 6 months (with extension possible)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join an international bank based in London. Specialising in debt capital markets the ideal candidate should have excellent treasury market experience.
You will provide pro-active, commercially-focused and specialist legal support to Group Corporate Treasury. The main emphasis of work would be on debt funding platforms, capital/bond issuances, secured funding programmes (origination and issuance), intra-group transactions, government funding schemes and collateral management. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the implementation of strategic projects and regulatory requirements (such as ringfencing).
