Main tasks:
- Development of concepts and proposed solutions in the area of ALL IP migration from TDM to IP
- Recommend the right product according to the customer's needs and advise the customer regarding creation of needs-oriented solution designs
- Coordination and integration of internal and external service partners and suppliers
- Checking and verifying the developed solution with the sales department and/or customer
- Technical and commercial support for sales and customers in ENT Communication products for the migration to ALL IP
- Independent processing of product-specific inquiries in the communication area
- Contact person for technical and commercial inquiries regarding imported products
- Supporting sales in pricing
Main qualifications
- English and German skills required
- Good network and telecommunication background
