IT Service Desk Analyst/Specialist 1
One of my multi nationational clients are looking for a IT Service Desk Analyst/Specialist 1 consultant to work in the Netherlands for a 7 month contract.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Good oral and written communication skills - English Required
- Ability to work collaboratively with other IT Regional Specialists and cross-functional technical team members to support deadlines; ability to work independently as well.
- Strong attitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
- Creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to travel to NetApp sites for installations, troubleshooting, user training, and relationship management.
- Ability to maintain records for assets and orders.
