CXP Lead (Digital Banking) - Till The End of December 2018 - London and other sites across the UK
CXP Lead (Digital Banking) required to join an IT Services Corporation based in London with 40% travel across the UK on a contract running till the end of December 2018.
Skills:
Digital banking professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the subject.
Experience of having led at least two Backbase Digital banking CX platform implementations end-to-end including:
- Platform technology implementation;
- Architectural design;
- Establishing and building CX platform teams: build and run, onshore/nearshore/offshore;
- Devops agile;
- Business understanding of asset classes and channels: savings and investments; direct to consumer, IFAs and POAs
- Building CX platform on transition architecture ie not a fully decoupled systems architecture, but moving that way.
Strong understanding of UK FS market including FCA/KYC/AML/SMR/CR etc.
Good relationship and understanding of the fintech community
Responsibilities:
Establishing the capabilities to have an agile delivery Front End for the customer, run by our client. This will be in line with the designs laid out through the optimise 21 work that has been complete.
The role will include:
- Establishing the Front End technology platform in live as well as the support organisation
- Implementation integration of the selected technology platform
- Technology and business architecture solution design
- Organisation design (structure, skills and roles definition in line with the organisation's strategy of blending on-shore/near-shore/offshore
- Establish the organisational capabilities needed to implement and run leading FS digital banking platform capability
- A strong requirement to work and manage 3rd party suppliers and build relationships
- Leading and coaching a team
The role will report to the account change delivery programme.
