We are a global IT solutions provider, currently providing a Field Infrastructure service to a global client, based in Paris and we require a French-speaking Infrastructure Engineer to join our team of multi-talented engineers.

- - Strong experience on Microsoft tools. (as describe below on support item)
- - AD Administration
- - Exchange administration
- - Forefront Identity Management
- - SharePoint administration
- - Remote assistance
- - Call coordinator and dispatcher
- - Receive service requests by phone and email
- - Create tickets with a specific internal tool
- - Inform other executive supports
- - Asset management (ordering devices/creating PO/
- - Tickets management
- - Reporting (weekly/monthly/yearly)
Key Skills - Specific Skills Required By Resource To Complete The Work
- - A+ certification
- - Completion of FE2 Core Training
- - Specific Manufacturers certifications are required: EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, COMPTIA, NETWORKPLUS.
- - English & French mandatory. (works with VIP people)
- - Knowledgeable in Servers: Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocol, internetworking, and configuration.
- - Excellent analytical and client communication skills.
