Description
I am currently working with a well known organisation who require numerous experienced Security Engineers for a long term contracts (up to 3 years) in Belgium. The successful individual will need to hold either UK SC or NATO clearance or willing to go through the process.
This contract is paying between €40 and €50 per hour - negotiable.
Ideally you'll also be certified in either CEH, CSA, CISSP or Sans GIAC but the relevant experience is most important.
Key Skills:
- Very good knowledge of Database Maintenance and writing SQL (MySQL, PostreSQL, MSSQL)
- Experienced in writing scripts, preferably in Python
- Experienced in data manipulation and querying REST APIs
- Good knowledge of Linux RedHat (administration, security, networking)
- Good knowledge of networking and common TCP/IP protocols
- Good knowledge of Windows environment
- Good knowledge of VMWare
- 3+ years' experience with network security
- Experience integrating security solutions into Firewall and VPN systems
- Experience writing security policy and procedures
- Thorough understanding of network security monitoring
- Strong understanding of network security infrastructure (eg hardware, software, etc.)
Desirable Skills:
- Good knowledge in Splunk
- Good knowledge in Arcsight Enterprise Security Manager and/or Logger
- Experienced in event log collection and correlation
