ITIL Process Coordinator - Request Fulfilment
I have recently received an urgent vacancy from a globally recognized customer of mine, who is looking for an ITIL Process Coordinator (Incident Manager/Problem Manager), to support government based projects.
Some of the key technical and functional skills that the client is looking for include;
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL
- Expertise within Process Transition, Project Management, Business Process Measurement System, ITSM and ISMS implementation.
- Experience within developing and implementing operational procedures.
Job description;
- Process Ownership - Designing and implementing the respective ITIL process.
- Accountable for the adherence to the Incident/Problem/Knowledge/Request Fulfilment process
- Verify quality of the process and trigger process and or service improvements where necessary
- Report on the KPI's related to the Incident/Problem/Knowledge/Request fulfillment process
