Functional Knowledge
- Degree or equivalent job experience
- Desirable for role holder to be ex-RN in order to bring operational experience of RN vessels and understanding of manning structure to the position
- Knowledge and experience of warship design, development, operation, maintenance philosophies, manufacturing and support
