Reward Strategy SME - FS/Banking - People & Productivity
We are currently recruiting for a Reward Strategy SME on behalf of a leading banking group, the role will be based in West Yorkshire and will be paying up to £550 per day.
You will need to provide SME consultancy and support to the deployment and development of policies, practices and processes driven by my clients pay and reward strategy.
You be responsible for supporting the implementation of the reward strategy and associated key deliverables including annual pay and GPS review.
We are looking for someone with an expert understanding of reward policies and practices, excellent communication skills and experience implementing HR strategy.
Skillset Required:
- Good understanding of the financial services/banking industry
- Specialist experience around pay & reward strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Delivery and implementation experience around reward strategy
