Senior Reward Manager - HR systems
Based in Bristol we have a live Senior Reward Manager vacancy to for a leading UK Bank, to work on an HR reward programme.
You will be required to support the deployment and development of policies, practices and processes.
Candidates must have excellent knowledge and understanding of reward policies and practices or highly numerate and analytical individual with proven ability to pick up new skills and knowledge.
Financial service or banking background would be highly advantageous.
Experience building relationships with external stakeholders to understand performance and reward trends, innovation and best practice for employee groups.
Knowledge of HR systems, pay, salary, benefits and rewards is essential.
This role will offer the potential of a long term contract and flexible working.
