An exciting opportunity has opened for a Service Desk Analyst to join a client of mine based Shannon, Ireland on a 6 Month Contract.
Day Rate - €130 All Inclusive
Required Skills:
- Phone support experience necessary.
- Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.
- Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.
- ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3 especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management preferred
Hands-on work experience with the following:
- Windows Operating systems
- Clients: Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Win 8+ and Win 10
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365
- ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, Service Now.
- User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
- Remote desktop connectivity applications like Skype for Business, Windows remote assistance etc.
