Description

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Specialist to work at our multinational client in The Hague

Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant

  • Assess the functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Evaluate and select the appropriate technology.
  • Develop the high and low solution design, processes and governance principles.
  • Define the testing and deployment strategy.
  • Implementing the solution.
  • Produce the required documentation and artefacts.
  • Provide and organize the knowledge transfer with the various stakeholders.

Educational and experience

  • University degree with at least 10 years of experience in the IAM architecture, design, configuration, integration, and migration domains.
  • Having hands-on experience with IAM implementations and understanding the architecture and business processes involved.
  • Understanding the concepts of access governance and able to translate these into business roles and interactive workflows.
  • Knowing how to make use of federation technologies and protocols like SAML, Kerberos, OpenID Connect.
  • Having hands-on experience with both implementing IAM in greenfield situations and in migration/
    transition scenarios.
  • Having experience with various IAM solutions and in particular Evidian.

The consultant should also have deep technical knowledge in the following IAM areas:

  • User Datamodelling, user data repository/directory structures and RBAC methods
  • Identity life cycle management and governance.
  • Self service provisioning and interactive workflow management.
  • Integration with identity sources and targets.
  • Authentication management and SSO technologies.
  • Token Management (eg password management, OTP, Smartcards, etc.).
  • Directory Services (including Active Directory, OpenLDAP and Kerberos).
  • Auditing and reporting
  • Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
  • Being active in a multi-cultural environment, the Contractor's staff shall have a very good level of English (oral and written).

The following qualifications would be additional assets:

  • Cryptography (eIDAS regulation, PKI (X509), key management etc.)
  • Endpoint security
  • Network security
  • Threat/Vulnerability Assessment Management
