Eximius are working with an IT solutions provider who are expanding their UK professional services team and they require support and consulting professionals with strong commercial experience in Skype for Business. These will be client facing roles around the UK but based from the South East.
When working with clients as a Lync 2013/Skype for Business expert your duties will include;
- Design, configure & manage the Skype for Business platform and be point of escalation
- Implement Skype for Business for clients
- Deploy & maintain all components of the topology in centralised data centres, Microsoft Cloud and remote sites
- Configure Skype as a PBX replacement
- Lead problem resolution including identifying required resources and manage contingency plans
- Maintain strong relationships with the clients
This role will suit an experienced client facing technical consultant from the UC field who has specialised in Skype for Business for some years. You will be part of a high quality technical team working on interesting projects across the UK. This could grow into a longer term contract opportunity as the business continues to win new clients.
