Change Management
Expected deliverables: coordination of the deployment of the Streams Change Management and IT Resilience, planning of the tasks, preparation and participation to the different project committees (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly), regular update of the action plans of the Streams and the different monitoring tools ( MASTER monitoring file, dashboard score, status report in particular), change management, alert reporting, management of Change Management and IT Resilience roadmaps, budget monitoring
Operational:
Expected deliverables: writing and deployment of Minimum Standard Change Management and IT Resilience processes, formalization of impacts and challenges, support for change (training, awareness sessions in particular)
Global:
Expected deliverables: be a force of proposition on risk management Change Management and IT Resilience, participate in the improvement and optimization of the operating mode in force, implementation and deployment over time (Risk Management oriented)
Required Skills:
Very good knowledge of IT Change Management: impact analysis, development management, test management, ITIL
Experience in IT project management
Knowledge of the principles of computer continuity
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Mastering Agile Principles, DevOps would be a plus
Skills appreciated:
Knowledge in computer architecture
Knowledge in IT security management methodology (EBIOS, ISO 27001)
Good understanding of transactional and web information systems
Knowledge of the banking/financial environment
Knowledge in risk analysis methodology (ISO 31000)
