System Lead
Exciting opportunity as a System Lead consultant to work in Spain, one of the most beautiful countries in the world, in an exciting project for one of our multi national clients on a long term rolling contract!
Succssful candidates will ideally have the following:
ARISG, AgXchnage, AGHUB, PL/SQLBizlink, securelink for the E2B data interchange, jBoss 6.x, RHEL 6.x Windows 2012 Servers
1) Scoping, Planning, Development, Testing and Documentation of Change Controls according to Business Requirements
2) Revison and Creation of IT documentation
3) Development, Testing and Implementation of Logic (release deployments for patches to the system delivered by software vendor, or data change controls, or technical support of standard tasks according to Administration Plans)
4) Incident- and Problem management for issues in the application and follow up with the vendor on this according to the defined SLAs.
5) Maintenance of the configuration management applications
6) Deployment activities for new releases and bugfixes
7) Support of internal - and external audits for IT - related questions ie backup and recover, disaster recovery procedures as well as delivering data after short specification alignment based on defined business request/queries
8) Business Consultancy in Pharmacovigilance
9) Software Vendor Management to determine release scope as well as to support vendor in incident/problem analysis
10) Collaboration with BI infrastructure departments for infrastructure - related topics like patching, upgrades etc also very close follow up to avoid unwanted patching/risky patching challenging IT INF is sometimes required.
11) Collaboration in IT - and Business Projects
12) Creation of SLC documentation in ITEMS as well as supporting documentations like migration plans etc
13) Retirement of existing configuration ITEMS including interaction with business partners and infrastructure unit
