Our Client, a large telecommunications SP, is looking for a Senior SME with strong understanding of Microsoft services in a Terminal Server/Citrix and Fat Client environment and the management of devices through MDM.
The EUC Specialist will be a highly technical individual and have the capability to communicate effectively with cross-discipline teams including architects, networks and developers to deliver the best possible solutions with a view to harmonizing infrastructure capabilities across 2 businesses.
You will have strong background in multiple technology spheres including Active Directory, Citrix, Office 365, Desktop/mobile device management toolsets, Windows 7 and 10 platforms, AV and remote deployment tools like SCCM.
Key skills and qualifications
- Strong collaboration and team working skills are essential
- A BSc Degree in Computer Science or a related field - 2:1 and above
- PowerShell Scripting - management of commands outside of GUI
- Build Automation
- Microsoft Estate expertise in managing devices on various builds and platforms
- Hands on management and support of various Desktop and mobile devices in an enterprise organisation
- MCSA in Windows 10 or Mobility
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in Agile development environment
- Familiarity or exposure to ITIL
- Good English communications skills in both written and verbal skills to communicate at all levels with Internal and External Client/Stakeholders of the business
