Customer Engagement Strategist - Marketing
Excellent opportunity for a Customer engagement strategist to lead marketing campaigns for a major enterprise company based in Atlanta! In this role, you will take ownership to create strategies to drive Omni-channel customer and loyalty marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible to create, execute and analyze marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics through digital marketing channels (email, site, mobile, SMS). You will make recommendations for improvements once campaigns are complete to better engage customers and drive business/engagement.
This is a 6 month contract opportunity located in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, Georgia. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door within an enterprise environment! You will have enterprise exposure to consumer facing products and be able to work cross-functionally with various team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

2+ years designing customer engagement campaigns

Adobe Campaign experience

Adobe Analytics experience

Ability to conduct campaign and system testing (acceptance testing - UAT)

Knowledge of Data management platforms, email service providers and mobile messaging platforms

Ability to focus on quality control and high attention to detail

Bachelor's degree (marketing concentration is ideal)
