Main tasks:
- Installation of Windows servers based on installation manual
- Lifecycle management of Windows servers based on defined processes and steps
- 2nd-Level-Support Windows infrastructure (Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, Citrix)
- Configuration Management and Change Management (Windows) based on defined processes
- Review delivered packages and documentation
- Installation on test system
- Basic shakedown testing of new packages
- Implement changes
- Install changes on production environment
Main qualifications
- Solid Microsoft know-how with profound experience in Windows technology
- Profound experience as a Windows Server Administrator
- Change process know-how and experience
- ITIL know-how is mandatory, certification is a plus
- Scripting know-how and experience preferred (e.g. PowerShell)
- Very good written and oral German- and English skills
- Ability to understand Swiss German is necessary
