One of our client is looking for a Voice Ops to join their team ( Poland or Switzerland).
What you'll be doing...
Planning, design, configuration, implementation, operation and optimisation of UC technologies.
This will include remote or on-site:
- Infrastructure strategy creation and roadmap development
- Infrastructure design and systems sizing
- Migration planning, risk assessments, impact analysis
- Implementation, configuration, testing and transformation
- Pre and post deployment support
- Detailed troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Performance engineering and optimisation
- Knowledge transfer and mentoring
- Test plan/strategy development
- Network auditing/sizing

This role would suit someone experienced in detailed hands on technical design and delivery and looking to advance their consulting skills and capabilities, leading consulting engagements and team installations while still maintaining detailed practical hands-on delivery experience.
