iKas International are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of an industry renowned, market Asset Management organisation who are looking to grow out their Client team. Sitting within one of the most business critical areas, this is an opportunity for an accomplished Customer Service representative with a good working knowledge of FX, Trade and Corporate Actions.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering in Client Services with good working knowledge of FX, Trade, Corporate Actions or Income. You will have the ability to provide inquiry and operational support to internal and external clients on complex, high risk asset servicing functions.
Excellent Understanding of:
- 3+ years working experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Able to provide high level inquiry and operational support
- Tracks and conducts research
- Knowledge of FX, Trade, Corporate Actions or Income
- Able to identify service issues with client facing impact
- Strong analysis skills, the skill to resolve complex problems and posit pragmatic solutions
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
- Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion
