Candidate Background:
- PC Deployment & Configuration (Required)
- Network Printing (Required)
- A+ Certification (Required)
- Technical operations support experience (Required)
- Desktop Troubleshooting, Security, and Support (Desired)
- Network LAN/WAN Experience (Nice to Have)
- Good driving record (could be required to drive a company vehicle)
- Voice Systems (Desired)
Daily responsibilities:
- Resolving incidents, handling service requests for both hardware and software requests dealing with workstations and printers. Support projects as needed. This is a very challenging opportunity for someone who wants to stretch and grow with the opportunity to obtain a vast amount of knowledge. A great team is in place to support this person.
Technician skills:
- Proficient communication skills in both written and oral communication
- Technical background with intermediate computer troubleshooting skills
- PC Deployment Technician. Responsible delivering and installing PC's and Peripherals around the Columbia area. Person must have a valid drivers license and good driving record. They will need to understand and triage both software and hardware related problems as it relates to the PC deployment. A great team is in place to support this person.
