Assignment Description - Application Expert
Stockholm, Sweden
We are looking for a SAP Application Expert with several years of experience from SAP, preferably from retail, supply chain and logistics. Tasks includes working with business requirement gathering and functional specifications/design documentation and integration objects as well as configuration of SAP standard.
Description of the Division
The division is responsible for developing and maintaining the solutions to create an outstanding experience for our customers. By providing global IT services and solutions we make sure that we always can sell, that we can expand with new stores, that we have the right product at the right place and time to the right price, that we have optimised store operations and that we inspire our customers.
You will be responsible for
* As an application in FA Merch you will need to gain deep knowledge on a very technical level (read code in many cases) about the Merch owned and by SAP custom- built Allocation and Replenishment calculation solutions.
* Understanding the impact and convert business requirement to solutions.
* Participate in requirement meetings with the business to define and document the complete scope and map against current solution
* Translate business and technical requirements into architecture, business processes and detailed design
* Align and coordinate with RCS technical development and other ongoing RCS initiatives
* Provide functional solutions and specifications for development of Enhancements and Integration's.
* Perform system configuration in SAP in the modules of SAP ECC Logistics module (SD/MM/LE) and SAP Retail
* Support the test lead and offshore test team with
* creating test scenarios that reflect the requirements,
* planning and executing tests, both cross projects and to surrounding systems outside SAP.
* knowledge transfer and input to test planning, test execution and test issue resolution
* Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
* Use own knowledge/experience and problem-solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
* Mandatory requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP ECC Logistics module (SD/MM/LE) and preferably SAP Retail
* Thorough experience in creating Functional Specifications/detailed design documents
* Inbound and outbound integration know-how
* Experience from large, global organisations
* Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
* Excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organisational skills
Qualifying requirements:
* HP Application Lifecycle Management (former HP Quality Center) knowledge
* Jira knowledge
* Service Now knowledge
