My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a German Speaking Service Desk Analyst for a 6 month based in Gdansk, Poland.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience as an Administrator and should be able to do system administration, Incident/problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem,
Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
