As a proven SAP ABAP Technical Lead , you will be expected to lead ABAP projects during the requirements gathering, design, development, testing and final go live stages of a project life cycle. You will have a track record of successfully delivering a variety of full project life cycles where you have operated in the capacity of technical lead. Hands-on experience is a must, alongside good communication and management skills.
Role
Assist with the development and preparation of project plans and schedules
Lead and provide accurate estimates
Play a pivotal role in RFP submissions, proof of concept work, feasibility studies, internal R&D projects and conferences
Provide technical expertise and design to project blueprint activities against agreed standards and policies
Complete Unit and Integration Testing of work packages in line with agreed processes ensuring completion within allocated timescales
Ensure work packages are delivered on time, to agreed quality standards and budget
Lead requirements gathering workshops
Key Requiremen

Experience with different data migration techniques
Experience of project delivery methodologies, in particular Agile
Experience of Change Management across complex SAP landscapes
Proven experience of leading a team of technical consultants
Have lead a minimum of 3 full project life cycles
