Job description:
10 years of systems programming experience on the zSeries (Mainframe) platform supporting z/OS
In depth working knowledge of the capabilities and use of z/OS installation and customization in a parallel sysplex environment.
Storage Hardware -DASD, IBM DS8000, Oracle Virtual Storage Manager (VSM6)
Storage Software - DFHSM, DFSMS, DFDSS, RMM, etc
Thorough working knowledge and experience in the use of IBMs SMP/E product
Strong SA z/OS, TCPIP and USS skills required
Self-motivated and able to work independently. Must be able to multi-task and work under short deadlines and in high pressure situation
