Administration of IT Service Portal (IT Serivce Catalog) on ServiceNow platform
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Fluent English written and spoken. All communication with vendor, internal and external teams and documentation is in English.
- ServiceNow administration experience of Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and SOM is a plus
- Scripting in JavaScript; PowerShell, Knowledge of WEB application design principles: HTML, CSS
- Understanding of database: MySQL, MS SQL
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of ITIL, Scrum/Agile
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED:
- Fulfill standard customers' requests for data maintenance and user access administration
- Track Incidents, investigate and resolve configuration and data issues in cooperation with IT Service Portal Team or external vendors
- Perform configuration changes according to ServiceNow best practices and design approved by customer's architects. Changes include design of a technical solution according to functional requirements, configuration of ServiceNow applications, development or modification of scrips, web pages, data tables.
- Document and maintain technical solutions details in the portal's Knowledge Base.
- Test new versions of ServiceNow and solutions implemented by third party development team
- Consult users on ServiceNow platform usage. Assist customer's portal architecture team in finding optimal technical solutions to fulfil user's requests or fix problems.
