I am sourcing a Security Consultant for my clients ongoing global Privileged User Access Management project.
Scope of services and deliverables are detailed below.
A. Objectives
- The global Privileged User Access Management (PUAM) service provides a framework of technology, policies, processes and 24/7 support to my client.
- The service identifies, controls and monitors the use of privileged accounts
- The Configuration & Maintenance Analyst will join the PUAM team, supporting the BAU team, future development and extending the perimeter of the CyberArk Privileged Account Security solution within my clients different entities
B. Main tasks
Working in the PUA Support Team to:
- Technical support, development and enhancement of CyberArk deployments
- Deployment, installation and configuration of CyberArk components
- Systems administration (Windows/Linux/Unix)
- Develop new platforms/connectors (CPM/PSM/API)
- Experience of large scale deployments of CyberArk
- Strong knowledge relating IT Security and Cyber Defence
- Network infrastructure (Network, Firewall, Policies, Etc)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for CyberArk related topics
- Assist in the design, creation and standardisation of procedures
- Hosting or participating in regular calls with stakeholders
C. Skills required
- Strong communication, task management and ability to engage with global teams.
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration and inter-personal skills
- Strong customer service skills and escalation management
- Strong understanding of cyber security, industry best practice and threat landscape
- ITIL Service management framework
- Able to translate technical requirements and communicate at all levels
- Experience working in a large global enterprise
- Support the team, coordinate tasks and provide troubleshooting assistance
D. Expected deliverables
- Creation of custom components, Scripting and automation
- Develop new platforms/connectors (CPM/PSM/API)
