IT Infrastructure PML4 qualification
Experience in
-Network End of Life (EoL) refresh projects
-Working with site contacts around the world (multi-cultural environment)
-Network technology (IP Addressing, etc)
-Good English communication skills
-Financial management
-Video conference service experience preferred
Project scope:
Replace 53 remaining End of Life (EoL) Polycom Video Conference (VC) Endpoints with Cisco VC Endpoints and on-board to them to the global support model.
Confirm appropriate Cisco Endpoint solution for each site in scope
Finalize vendor selection for the Cisco Hardware ordering and deployment
Work with REFS, local SIMs and integration vendors on room remediation and overall readiness
Deploy Cisco Endpoints in 53 meeting rooms in 13 locations and on board them on to global support model
Lower complexity of support. New VC systems are fully integrated.
Provide simplified User Interface
Provide ability to join meeting with one button to push
Provide visible room schedule on video screen and touch panel
