Senior Solution Support Engineer, LCM, Customer Management

Location: Warton - Commutable from Preston, Blackpool, Samlesbury

Duration: 12 months

Rate: £35 per hour

Clearance: SC (or willing and eligible to undergo)

Our client, a global organisation, is currently looking for a Senior Solution Support Engineer to take responsibility for providing support in relation to proposed aircraft capability changes for delivery onto UK and Export baselines. The successful Senior Solution Support Engineer will have demonstrable experience with technical management reviews, strong customer support experience and proven knowledge of LCM processes. The role of a Senior Solution Support Engineer will also require excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively manage data within Microsoft Office and proven experience of correctly discharging Customer Support requirements. Candidates applying for the role of Senior Solution Support Engineer must be comfortable and confident working in a customer focused environment.

Essential skills;

  • Demonstrable experience with LCM and DDP processes
  • Previous experience of stakeholder/customer management
  • Extensive experience of Support Solution implementation/mobilisation
  • Substantial knowledge of the coordination of the ELC design review cycles
  • Ability to support technical input to New Capability Bids and technical management reviews

Desirable;

  • A good working knowledge of Aircraft Capability/Support Solutions
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Substantial experience with Microsoft Office
