ConSol Partners client a leading Telecommunications/Service Provider based in the Wallonia area of Belgium are currently looking for a Network/IP Engineer to join their IP Engineering team.

Contract Length: 12 months + (Long term project)
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities of the IP/Network Engineer will be managing our clients service provider networks. This will involve you reviewing the current network and continuously improving the network with emerging technologies. Now there are number of areas within the network which need to be improved this could be Security, Wireless or general routing and switcing protocols within a Service Provider Network. Whatever your expertise/preferred preference is you would focus on.
Experience
- Exposure to managing and supporting Service Provider Network is a must with a focus on MPLS/BGP/OSPF multicast. Experience with layer 3 routing and switching is also a huge benefit.
- CCNP/JNCIP level of knowledge on routing and switiching needed
- Scripting skills are also a benefit but not mandatory due to the fact the client is looking to automate as much of the network as possible
- This is a French speaking environment so English & French would be a huge benefit
- Qualifications such as CCNP or JNCIP-SP are hugely beneficial
