Chief Technology Officer - 12 months rolling Prague
The Chief Technology Officer will provide technical leadership and technological vision to the digital factory. He/she must understand the strategic priorities of the company and develop strategies for using technology resources to create and enhance products from the Digital Factory. Inspirational, go-getter and out-of-the-box thinking are core traits of the CTO
15+ years of experience in a Technology driven business ecosystem this 10+ years' experience is expected in Leadership roles in either or more areas of architecting, project delivery, evangelism and/or business development
Defines the overall technology/digital strategy and transformation
Evaluates and recommends Technology fitment for the short- and long-term product strategy of the digital factory
Establishes technology standards, including quality assurance and application deployment process, and communicates technical
Conducts research on leading-edge technologies and makes recommendations to yield the most competitive advantage and the highest probability of implementation
Collaborates with and manages cross-functional teams and vendors to build ecosystems for synergies for desired business outcomes
Deep knowledge and proven experience of working with key digital technologies like AI/ML/DL, RPA, cloud, mobility, big data analytics and customer experience platforms
Excellent communication and leadership skills. Disruptive visionary thinking will be a good to have trait
Experience in problem solving and conflict resolution situations in an international context
Experience of collaborating with teams across the organization and team members at all levels
Knowledge of staffing and recruitment domain
