SC Cleared O365 Support Engineer's - London - 3 months
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a team of support engineers, to assist in an Office 365 project based in London, working on an initial 3 month contract. The end client is a Government Organisation rolling out O365 to 4 staff and the focus is on the core O365 applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, One Drive.
The successful individual's will be responsible for:
- Provide Support and Guidance to Users & Internal Technical Staff
- Provide support and guidance on all existing Desktops, laptops and surface pro's
- provide point of need support to help users adopt O365 as it is rolled out
- Floor walking and post migration support for users.
- This role will be dealing with various bespoke applications and hardware, so a diverse experience is ideal
- Strong people/interpersonal skills
- Practical experience of using O365 in a business context
