Description

Eximius are working with a technology solutions provider who are recruiting for a client facing senior engineer who can support a client with their Genesys 8.5 environment.

This role will require someone who is almost comfortable at a solutions architect level and who can be proactive in support and delivery rather than working to instruction.

You will be part of a small dedicated team supporting a global client with thousands of users. The team will mostly be UK based and onsite with you. This role could lead to further Genesys focused work with the solutions providers other clients in the UK and potentially abroad.

The broader your Gensys contact centre knowledge the better as you will be the last point of escalation and queries could be very varied. There may be the potential to do some remote work but you should assume that you will be required onsite in London for most of the first 3-6 months. Ideally the client needs someone who can start immediately as this project is in flight.
