Description
Quality Shopping Analyst with fluent French and German / Italian or Spanish wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:
- University Degree or being currently enrolled in university in a relevant field
- Profound experience as a Quality Operations Analyst or Shopping Analyst
- Strong analytical and web research skills coupled with interest in online shopping and e-commerce
- Languages: fluent English and French both written and spoken as well as knowledge of one of the following languages is a must: German, Italian or Spanish
Your tasks:
- Improving the quality of e-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest
- Cooperating with engineering teams to improve data quality
- Developing and sharing practices for data quality investigation as well as analysis and tools to automate and optimise process workflow
- Fixing or reporting issues with provided tools to follow up with engineering teams
