Compliance Analyst
A Compliance Analyst is required to join a leading Retail Bank, working within their Regulatory Compliance function. This role will be on a long-term contracting basis, and will be based in Chester with flexibility around working from home.
The Compliance Analyst should be comfortable with the implementation of compliance policy. The Compliance Analyst will need to manage, rectify and report breaches of regulations and breaches relating to monitoring findings.
The Compliance Analyst in order to be successful needs to have in-depth knowledge and experience of the following:
- Extensive knowledge of the FCA Handbooks and Payment Services Regulations.
- Good knowledge of The Consumer Credit Act and Lending Standards.
- Experience working within a top Retail Bank.
- Experience providing regulatory support for bank accounts, overdrafts, credit cards, loans, cash savings and foreign exchange services.
- Experience of providing compliance guidance to management.
- Ability to analyse legislation and regulations.
