Space Systems Engineer
An exciting role has become available for an SC Space Systems Engineer as part of a growing team based in London, working on both small and large scale space projects within the space sector.
Required skills:
- A strong grounding in systems engineering;
- Experience on large, civil, commercial or military satellite programmes;
- An understanding of either NASA or ECSS life cycles and standards;
- Experience of requirements capture and management in the context of the space domain
- Skills and experience in modelling and analysis of space systems
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the specification and development of electronic systems for space;
- Experience of RF systems for space (both ground segment and space segment).
- An understanding of the assembly, integration and test processes for space vehicles and components
- Experience in RAMS analysis
- Experience or understanding of new space technologies such as cube sats, low cost launchers etc.
This role requires a current SC clearance
