Job Description:
- Manage Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft server technologies, VMware infrastructure and end-user software;
- Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data on host computers, multiple MSSQL databases, and during data transfer in accordance to business needs and industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance;
- Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance;
- Work closely with InfoSec engineers to maintain a secure stable infrastructure;
- Participate in internal security audits;
- Assist in the enforcement of information security plans and policies;
- Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases according to SDLC methodologies;
- Support application development teams throughout project lifecycles;
- Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance;
- Perform and test routine system backups and restores using Veritas Backup Exec, Veeam;
- Create required reports in response to business user needs;
- Establish and maintain documentation and standards. Understand and maintain service management strategies that align with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework;
- Coordinate with project teams to provide technical guidance to project managers, system designers while working on assigned projects. Assist in developing project plans and implementations

Minimum Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in information systems or equivalent or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience. Certifications in MCSE/MCSA, VCP or VCA a plus;
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within an IT Administration role;
- Strong experience with Cloud technologies (SSO, SAML, Azure, Intune, O365, Exchange Cloud) a plus;
- Extensive Microsoft Windows Server experience including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SCCM, MS Exchange, MS Lync 2013, Citrix;
- Good knowledge of local area network administration including firewalls and network protocols and standards;
- Strong knowledge of virtualized environments: VMware vSphere;
- Experience with data management;
- Administration of NAS,SAN,DAS;
- Scripting in PowerShell, Bash;
- Hardware platform: HP, MobileIron, Proofpoint, F5, NetScaler;
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws;
- Ability to conduct research into hardware and software issues and products as required;
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language;
- Highly self-motivated and directed;
- Keen attention to detail;
- Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information;
- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
Additional Position Requirements:
A background investigation and drug test is required.
